Christmas in Miami

I spent my Christmas in Miami to get away from the NYC winter.  It was my first time there and it reminds me of a cross between NYC and LA.

Miami Beach

My favorite places:

1) Joe's Stone Crab - The jumbo stone crab claws are delicious and they have the best key lime pie with loads of whipped cream
2) Delano Hotel - All sorts of cool chairs in the lobby and a lovely, whimsical outside pool area
3) La Sandwicherie -  A cool shack that churns out giant sandwiches with options like Prosciutto & Fresh Mozzarella and Turkey & Camembert
4) Puerto Sagua - Cuban food with a lot of local flavor
5) Cafe Charlotte - Not much in decor but the food is top notch and cheap
